The Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association (ORLA) is the only major trade association in the state that has consistently defended lottery retailers since the introduction of video lottery in Oregon.

Our team maintains ongoing conversations with the Oregon State Lottery (OSL) to address issues that matter most to you, including protecting commission rates. We also work to guard against extreme regulatory threats, such as expanded casino development off tribal reservations, while supporting gaming as a form of entertainment that complements the hospitality industry.
